Ford needed a hit in 1998, and looked towards the F-150 for a quick success. In hopes of putting the F-150 on top for 1998, Ford put its main contender through the automotive equivalent of ninja school, endowing it with reduced noise, smoother ride, smaller turn radius and better winter handling. The upgraded stereo of the F-150 was an all important detail in the 4WD Standard Pickup Trucks segment for 1998. The remake chattered almost a more fresh look, extra more distinctiveness between the varied models in this line, and introduced new features. The F-150 was last redesigned 3 years ago.
Performance Data
All trim levels are available with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Nhtsa crash test scores for the F-150 XL are good with the car earning four stars in frontal impacts and front side-impacts. Most of the F-150s sold use the standard 5.4L 8 Cylinder Engine developed for 1998.
An Improved Interior
Additional changes add headroom and a bit of cargo room to an inside that before now received high marks from us. The rear seats recline, making it easy to stretch out on long road trips. We The average buyer like many room for our gear.
Passenger space is excellent, and for 4WD Standard Pickup Trucks future buyers who intend to make use of the whole thing 3 seats on a consistent basis, the F-150 makes various sense.
